Individual Registration Program Guide

 Registration may not be possible after the registration deadline. Please refer to the table below for further instructions.

⚫ When applying for participation, registration fee payments through bank transfer or credit card must be confirmed in order to attend the convention.

⚫ If you wish to participate in the Startup Pitching Competition, please proceed with the additional registration for <Special Business Program Registration>

Registration Fee Payment Guide

▶ The registration fee can be used as a scholarship for the World Korean Business Convention.

 Bank Transfer

 After the registration deadline (August 31, based on US Pacific Time), registration may not be possible.

 Please note that registration will be completed and program attendance will be allowed only after confirmation of your payment through bank transfer.

 Information regarding bank transfer for individual registration will be provided via email after the registration deadline. Your understanding is appreciated.

 Payment Method: Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

 Payment Options: Non-member payment or PayPal member payment available (may vary depending on the country of payment)

  ※ For any errors related to payment passwords or online card payment authentication procedures (3D Secure), please contact your card issuer.

  ※ Please note that requesting a refund after PayPal payment may incur a fee of 8% or more of the purchase amount.

   For detailed refund policies, please refer to the <Registration Cancellation and Refund Eligibility> section below.

  ※ When making a payment, please note that the payment details can be confirmed by the 2023 World Korean Business Convention's operating agency,

   'MICE Korea'.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

 To cancel your registration and request a refund, please submit a cancellation request through the [MY PAGE] section on our website ( and provide the required information.

 Refund Eligibility:

  - Individuals who submit a refund request within the designated refund period.

  - Participants who were not matched for one-on-one business meetings.

  - Participants who are unable to attend due to circumstances such as illness or natural disasters.

    Refund requests from these participants will be accepted even after September 15, 2023 (Friday), which is after the start of the convention.

 Refund Request Deadline: September 15, 2023 (Friday).

  - Refunds cannot be processed after this date (based on US Pacific Time).

  ※ For participants who were not matched for one-on-one business meetings, refund requests will be accepted even after September 15, (Friday)

      if submitted before the start of the competition.

 Refund Amount: Refunds will be processed sequentially after the completion of the competition (with deductions for applicable fees).

  - The actual refund amount may differ from the amount paid by the participant due to deductions for financial institution fees, exchange rates, etc.

  - Participants are responsible for any financial institution fees incurred.

  - Please exercise caution when choosing the payment method, as PayPal payments may incur significant refund fees.

    > Payments made in currencies other than USD may be subject to refund fees exceeding 8% of the payment amount.

    > Payments made in USD may be subject to refund fees exceeding 5% of the payment amount.

Registration Confirmation

 Once the registration fee payment has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.

 After receiving the confirmation email, you can print the registration confirmation through the "MY PAGE" link (or "WEBSITE > MY PAGE") provided in the email.

  - The confirmation email will be sent within one week from the credit card payment date or from the date listed on the receipt of the registration fee transfer.

  - If you haven't received the confirmation email or have difficulty accessing the registration confirmation link, please contact our office.
