The Korean American Chamber of Commerce USA and the Korea M&A Association have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate and promote cross-border M&A activities, develop global networks, and support the growth of Korean businesses and products in the US market. The agreement outlines several areas of cooperation, including information exchange, joint events, consulting and networking for Korean youth entrepreneurship, and collaboration on public projects. The two organizations will work together to create successful exit strategies through inbound and outbound M&A activities and contribute to the development of both the national economy and Korean-American society.
